Join us on an extraordinary journey into the Indian Himalayas. This retreat has been created by me along with my wellness partner the award-winning health retreat -Ananda in the Himalayas. 

During this retreat,  will be leading a select group of individuals into the Himalayan mountains to retreat to a quiet and magical place that is Ananda, where we can focus on our breath and start to look inward. 

Together with the well-being experts at Ananda, we will integrate various healing techniques including yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic therapies, and more unique healing treatments to address each individual holistically.
